Hello
Dr. Kevin Donohoe is a senior staff physician at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, where he has practiced Nuclear Medicine for more than 30 years. He was born and raised in Arizona, attended medical school at the University of Arizona in Tucson, and trained in Internal Medicine in California before returning to Tucson for his residency in Nuclear Medicine. Dr. Donohoe is Board Certified by the American Board of Nuclear Medicine and an active member and Committee Chair with the Society Of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging, guiding the development of Appropriate Use Criteria for Nuclear Imaging procedures.

As a member of the Singhal Lab, Dr. Donohoe has helped develop a scintigraphic imaging procedure which assists in the visualization and localization of deep lymphatic pathways and sites of lymphatic obstruction in patients with suspected lymphedema and lipedema. This procedure is now also being used to better understand variations in anatomy in normal subjects. The ultimate goal is to understand if these normal variations can pre-dispose certain patients to the development of lymphedema.

When he is away from his clinical duties, Dr. Donohoe enjoys skiing, photography, gardening, and exploring the back roads of New England.
